Punishment Bonus Description
Abandonment None. You should feel awful. Your creatures in the stable no longer gain experience points.
Agnosticism None. Spell Gems' automatic casting properties, such as 'Cast When Hit', are ignored.
Amnesia None. At the start of every battle, creatures are placed on the Action Queue randomly in alternating order of enemy, ally, enemy, ally, and so on. This punishment does not override traits and other effects that manipulate the Action Queue. This punishment is ignored in story battles.
Arrogance None. Artifacts' traits are ignored.
Carelessness (Artifacts) A much cleaner inventory. You will no longer find Artifacts when receiving loot.
Carelessness (Cards) A much cleaner inventory. You will no longer find Cards.
Carelessness (Eggs) A much cleaner inventory. You will no longer find Eggs when receiving loot.
Carelessness (Runes) A much cleaner inventory. You will no longer find Runes when receiving loot.
Carelessness (Sigils) A much cleaner inventory. You will no longer find Sigils when receiving loot.
Carelessness (Spell Gems) A much cleaner inventory. You will no longer find Spell Gems when receiving loot.
Disturbance Treasure chests contain more items. Your creatures deal 50% less damage.
Drought More experience points, resources, and energy gained in battle. Your creatures' Mana does not regenerate between battles, and only when you warp to a new realm.
Gloom Nemesis bosses drop a lot of items. After you kill enough creatures of the same race in the same realm, a nemesis boss will appear to challenge you to a fight. Stock up on charms!
Hypersensitivity More experience points, resources, and energy gained in battle. Enemy levels and Gene Strength scale more quickly with realm level.
Hypothermia None. You and your creatures no longer gain experience points in battle.
Impatience None. Hope you enjoy wishing your life away. Turbo Mode (enabled from the 'Options' menu) now also works during story boss battles.
Instability More experience points, resources, and energy gained in battle. Some of your creatures temporarily transform into different creatures before each battle.
Narcissism None. Your Nether Creature's level is equal to your character's level.
Nervousness None. You can now move at double speed in realms even if you haven't defeated all the enemies.
Nostalgia None. You cannot have more than 3 creatures in your party outside of Siralim, nor can your enemies. This punishment is ignored in story battles.
Poverty None. The effects of your Cards are ignored.
Rage None. All creatures now deal at least 1 damage with attacks and spells.
Shortsighted More experience points, resources, and energy gained in battle. Some enemies are unidentifiable.
Starvation Potential to unlock new creatures. Enemies have a chance to drop their meat at the end of battle. You must feed this to one of your creatures, which will sometimes cause it to turn into a different creature. Note: The creature and meat must be a valid breeding combination)
Stricken Treasure chests contain more items. Your creatures take 100% more damage.
Strife None. New packs of enemies spawn when you defeat other enemies in normal battles. Chests and destructible objects sometimes respawn after defeating enemies.
Stubbornness You have a significantly lower chance of developing Arthritis. Most dialog will no longer be displayed in realms.
Suffocation More experience points, resources, and energy gained in battle. Your creatures' Health does not regenerate between battles, and only when you warp to a new realm.
Torment None. You will receive an additional Realm Quest for each realm you enter.
